We want you to be fully satisfied with your Team Liquid apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition collaboration drops and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
